Home Appliances are a big part of everyday life and along with mass usage comes an increased risk of breakdown. When an Appliance breaks down, repair is often very expensive. So if you are the kind of person who likes peace of mind when something goes wrong with your Appliances our Service Plan could benefit you.

Product Protect's Appliance Service Plan gives you access to our network of approved and vetted engineers whenever an appliance breaks down, so you're not left sourcing and paying for a callout yourself. Where we decide, at our discretion, to approve a repair or replacement, there's no separate call-out, parts or labour charge on top of your plan fee.

Appliances we service: Television, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Cooker, Oven, Hob, Extractor Hood.

There's no limit on the number of times you can contact us during your plan term, and where we approve a repair, parts and labour are included at no extra cost. 

Please note: Our Service Plan is a discretionary appliance support plan, not a contract of insurance, and it is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Your plan fee pays for access to our support line and engineer network. Whether we arrange a repair or replacement in any individual case is a decision we make at our discretion, and taking out a plan does not give you a contractual right to have a specific fault fixed or an appliance replaced.
